The Saluki kennel amun-ra in Dreieich has existed since 2007. Its breeding goal is to preserve selected lines as well as desired traits in temperament and appearance. Preference is given to a classic, not exaggerated Saluki that combines elegance and nobility with a friendly expression. The dogs live as family members in a deliberately small group. The puppies grow up in the house and become familiar there at an early age with the sounds of everyday life as well as other Salukis. For each litter, socialization is individually tailored, as the puppies’ development, strengths and temperament may differ. Amun-ra places value on Salukis that are loving and suited to everyday life and carefully observes the puppies’ character in order to take suitable living environments into account. Above all, the dogs are intended to be cherished family companions and can at the same time bring joy at shows or while coursing. The kennel is affiliated with the Deutscher Windhundzucht- und Rennverband e.V. (DWZRV).
