Dancing Cavalier is a dog kennel based in Gênes, dedicated to the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and the Japanese Chin. For the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, selection focuses in particular on the Blenheim and Tricolor varieties, with attention to the pedigree of the breeding dogs used. The dogs intended for breeding undergo annual FSA checks for hereditary cardiac diseases, patellar luxation and eye diseases. Selection also takes into account DNA tests for Episodic Falling, Curly Coat Dry Eye Syndrome, muscular dystrophy, macrothrombocytopenia, exon 2 degenerative myelopathy and hyperuricosuria. The kennel can count on almost forty champion titles obtained by its own dogs.
