Æblelandets

Æblelandets is a breeder of Shetland Sheepdogs based in Bjerringbro in Central Jutland. The kennel is situated in rural surroundings, where the dogs have plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. The breeder has completed the DKK breeder education programme and places emphasis on surroundings that give the dogs a close family life. The dogs are part of everyday life with the breeder’s family and receive organic food. They are allowed to stay on the furniture in the home and are trained, among other things, in show training, tricks and agility. Æblelandets prioritises healthy, breed-typical and harmonious dogs with a happy and balanced temperament. The puppies are carefully prepared for the transition to their new homes. Before departure, they undergo an eye examination, are checked by a veterinarian, vaccinated and treated for worms. Socialisation and early imprinting are an important part of their upbringing, so that each puppy has the best possible conditions for its future life.
