adventurecats Maine Coon breeder in Lollar · Germany

Adventurecats is a cattery breeding Maine Coon and British Shorthair. The breeding of Maine Coon began on 13 September 1994. The focus is on cats of the original type; this describes the cattery’s long-standing direction within this breed. With the Maine Coons, Adventurecats works with excellent and exceptional foundation and outcross show lines. These lines and the original breed type form the explicitly stated characteristics of the breeding profile, which has existed since its start in 1994. Later, the range of breeds was expanded to include British Shorthair. On 13 September 2016, the first cats of this breed were born at Adventurecats. Thus, the cattery combines two breeds: the Maine Coon, bred since 1994, and the British Shorthair.
