Colleen’s Companions

Colleen’s Companions is a small, family-run hobby dog breeder in Newmarket, East Anglia, specialising in Cavapoos and Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Established in 2007, the breeding programme reflects a long-standing family passion. Its adult dogs are cherished members of the household and share everyday home life. Puppies are raised in the home around family activity and children. They are handled every day, socialised from an early age and gradually familiarised with ordinary household sights and sounds. This attentive start is intended to help them become affectionate, confident and well-balanced companions, with individual care given to every dog and puppy. Colleen’s Companions promotes responsible, welfare-centred breeding, supported by a Level 3 qualification in Dog Breeding and K9 Care and first-aid training. The breeder is certified by West Suffolk Council and focuses on the health and wellbeing of its dogs. Ongoing guidance is provided to owners from the waiting-list stage through the puppy’s arrival in its new home.
