Raad van Beheer

Raad van Beheer is a hobby kennel in Bergen that has been active since 2013. The breeding program is driven by a pronounced passion for dogs and lists the Porcelaine as a breed. Care, commitment and love for keeping and breeding dogs form the core of the presentation. In addition, the kennel emphasizes a strong bond with the Papillon, also known as the butterfly dog. This long-standing dedication received recognition from the Raad van Beheer: in both 2024 and 2025, the kennel was named WoW Best Papillon Kennel of the year. These distinctions are seen as an appreciation of the consistent commitment and enthusiasm surrounding the breed. Raad van Beheer presents itself as a small-scale breeding program in which passion is central and where interest in the dogs and the kennel is approached seriously.
