ENCI - FCI breeds Labrador Retrievers in the countryside around Casale Monferrato. Passion for the breed guides a project in which the breeding females live in a green environment, with outdoor spaces to run and play freely, without cages or kennels.
Feeding exclusively with single-protein kibble and health care are at the heart of the activity. The female dogs receive vaccinations, antiparasitic treatments and regular veterinary check-ups, as well as genetic tests and eye examinations. During the first year, physical activity is carefully monitored to promote proper skeletal development.
For matings, the kennel selects breeding dogs tested according to the requirements established for the breed and uses exclusively outcrossing. The puppies receive attention from birth in the nursery: they are weighed to monitor nursing and, when they are ready, begin a socialization program.
