# Feeding your Komondor well

The Komondor needs a high-quality diet adapted to large to very large dogs. The goal is to support its muscle mass, body condition and joint health without promoting weight gain.
A menu for every age

- Puppy: A growth diet for a large or very large breed helps support harmonious development without excess energy.
- Adult: A high-quality ration, measured and divided into 2 meals, helps maintain muscle mass and limit weight gain.
- Senior: With age, a more digestible diet adapted to the joints can help preserve mobility and overall comfort.

## Kibble, wet food, or homemade meals?
Premium kibble formulated for large or very large breeds generally suits the Komondor well, with a good balance between quality proteins, controlled fats and joint support. The ration must always be adjusted to the dog's age, size, activity level and body condition.
