The path to the breed began after saying goodbye to a long-standing family dog. A visit to an international dog show then sparked an interest in a Cairn Terrier, whose agility and playfulness remained impressive even at an advanced age. Initial contacts with experienced breeders and the British Terrier Club were followed by the decision to choose the breed. Since then, the kennel has devoted itself with great enthusiasm to Cairn Terriers and regularly attends dog shows at home and abroad. The early years of the kennel also produced a veteran champion. Wizard of Wishes has been based in Horbach since 2014. The quiet valley, the forests and the unspoilt surroundings offer the dogs good conditions for long, undisturbed walks. The kennel generally has one litter of Cairn Terrier puppies per year.
