The dogs live in a spacious environment and are integrated into family life. Contact with children, school visits and everyday office life shape the puppies from an early age. The breeding program views the Dachshund as an affectionate family dog and an eager hunting dog. The adult dogs are worked for hunting in the hunting grounds near Worms-Herrnsheim; the original work of small Dachshunds in den and rabbit hunting is taken into account. The dogs are accustomed to friendly and open interaction with people. The breeding dogs received the rating “Excellent” at international FCI shows and shows of the Deutscher Teckelklub. Several champion and national winner titles as well as top placements in FCI Group 4 underscore the commitment. The kennel also holds the bronze breeder’s pin of the Deutscher Teckelklub.
