von der Clear-Water Ranch breeds Golden Retrievers in Ravenstein and raises the puppies in a family home environment.

The breeding program von der Clear-Water Ranch in Ravenstein is dedicated to Golden Retrievers. Only dogs free from HD and ED, with clear eyes and a well-established temperament, are considered for breeding. The program therefore places particular emphasis on the health and balanced traits of the parent animals. The puppies grow up in the house in close family surroundings. They receive high-quality food intended to provide a good foundation for their development. From an early age, the young dogs become familiar with different everyday sounds and smells and are carefully socialized. The puppies are placed from the ninth week of life. By this time, they have been treated for worms several times, vaccinated, microchipped and provided with a pedigree. Even after they leave, the breeding program remains available to the dogs’ families; during holiday periods, the dogs can continue to be welcomed there.
