# von der Apfelstädtaue Keeshond breeder in Wandersleben · Germany

Von der Apfelstädtaue has been breeding Wolfspitz, a variety of the German Spitz, in Wandersleben since 2004, with a focus on health and temperament.

Verein für Deutsche Spitze e.V. Gegr. 1899

The von der Apfelstädtaue kennel has been dedicated to Wolfspitz dogs in Wandersleben since 2004, a variety of the German Spitz. The breeding is carried out within the framework of the Verein für Deutsche Spitze e.V., founded in 1899. The focus is on healthy dogs corresponding to the breed type; occasionally, puppies are placed with suitable dog enthusiasts. The Wolfspitz is described there as a well-balanced companion for family life. It behaves peacefully towards the people in its household and the pets living with it. Its close bond with its home is supported by its barely developed hunting instinct, so that it remains attached to its familiar surroundings. At the same time, the Wolfspitz has an attentive character and reliably takes on a guarding role for its family and their property. The von der Apfelstädtaue kennel thus places family-oriented keeping, health and the typical character of this Spitz variety at the forefront.
