Spaniel-Club Deutschland e.V. The von den neun Quellen kennel is dedicated to the English Cocker Spaniel in the northern region of Hannover. Its name refers to the place name Negenborn, whose Low German meaning is “nine springs”. The kennel is affiliated with the Spaniel-Club Deutschland e.V. The foundation was laid in 1990 with a blue roan Cocker Spaniel bitch. Later, a blue roan bitch from the last litter of the formerly breeding neighbour was added; with her, the kennel’s own litter planning began. From the subsequent litters, further bitches in blue roan, chocolate roan and orange roan, as well as an orange roan male, remained at the kennel. The dogs live in the house and are closely integrated into family life. A large garden provides them with space for exercise and exuberant ball games. Some of the older bitches are now enjoying their retirement. The breeding is carried out out of love for the breed, and a permanently caring home is sought for every puppy.
