The breeder is a member of the Deutscher Teckelklub 1888 e. V. (Gruppe Meerbusch), a Dachshund club in Switzerland and the Japan Kennel Club. Breeding is carried out according to FCI Standard No. 148, with approximately one litter every one to one and a half years. All dogs undergo genetic testing, including for PRA, muscular dystrophies, intervertebral disc diseases and several coat and colour genes.
