The breeding program includes Standard Dachshunds in Red, Brindle, Chocolate Brown, Black and Tan, and Dapple, as well as Smooth-Haired Miniature Dachshunds in the colors Red and Brindle. The kennel is affiliated with the Deutscher Teckelklub e.V. The Dachshunds live as family dogs in the house and garden and are also worked for hunting. Keeping them in a kennel is not part of everyday life at the kennel, neither for the adult dogs nor for the puppies. The focus is on close living together and careful care of the dogs. The pairings are selected thoughtfully in order to raise promising puppies. Even after the puppies have been handed over, vom Rehsprung values maintaining an ongoing exchange with the puppy buyers and supports them with advice and assistance on questions concerning their Dachshund.
