Deutscher Retriever Club e.V. ThorWill’s Red Buffoons breeds Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers in Gehrden and has been committed to preserving the breed for many years. The focus is on the breed-typical diversity as well as the special qualities of these retrievers. Breeding is carried out according to the guidelines of the Deutscher Retriever Club e.V., which is affiliated with the higher-level cynological associations. The puppies spend their first weeks of life in close family surroundings in the house and garden. There, they are lovingly socialized in accordance with their age and become familiar with everyday sounds and different situations. Before moving to their new families, they are vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed several times and examined by a DRC breeding warden. Even after the puppies have been placed, the breeder is happy to continue supporting the new families with advice. ThorWill’s Red Buffoons places particular importance on getting to know prospective owners at an early stage and finding a suitable home for each puppy. It is also recommended that the growing dogs be examined for HD and ED at an appropriate age.
