FCI affiliatedMember of a breed club Temhair is a breeding kennel for Irish Wolfhounds, operated by a breeder in Somogy County, Hungary. The breeder began with her first Irish Wolfhound bitch, Nell; after several years under the kennel name Hound of Hovel, she has been breeding under Temhair since 2007, the Gaelic spelling for Ireland. Breeding is carried out according to the rules of the VDH and the Irish Wolfhound Club; the kennel is also affiliated with the FCI and the Hungarian dog association. The foundation dogs include: – Nell (Naomi of Great Promise) – Carlotta Hound of Hovel – Xzora von der Oelmühle All dogs live in the house and have their own dog house with an exercise area during the day. The puppies are born in the whelping box in the house and remain indoors for four weeks, after which they move to separate outdoor areas with an exercise area. When they leave, they are dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated and receive a pedigree and pet passport.
