Smile of Sunshine is an Australian Shepherd breeder run by Nadine, who lives with her husband and their three daughters in a small village in North Rhine-Westphalia. The village is surrounded by forests, fields, meadows, a canal, and moorlands. Nadine’s first Aussie, the male Joshi, came to her in 2014. She began training as a dog trainer in 2016, continued her education to become a canine behavior consultant, and has been working professionally since 2017. The dogs live in the house and are part of everyday life as family members. They have long walks, activities, and dog sports every day. The aim of the breeding program is to produce dogs with sound temperaments that are balanced and suited to everyday life. The website offers pages on males, females, puppy raising, and litter planning; there is an interested-party list for prospective puppy owners.
