From there, the path led to dog sports and work in the IGP field, formerly known as IPO. The training made it clear how versatile and eager to work these dogs can be. Alongside sport, search and rescue dog work plays an important role in the breeder’s everyday life. Since 2016, there has been a connection with the BRH-Rettungshundestaffel Fürstenfeldbruck e.V.; since 2023, responsibility in operational command has also been undertaken there. Joint training and search operations shape the close cooperation between human and dog.
