Verein für Deutsche Spitze e.V. Gegr. 1899 Nelly's ... has been breeding Wolfspitz, a variety of the German Spitz, on the Lower Rhine since 1983. The breeding program is affiliated with the Verein für Deutsche Spitze e.V. (VDH) and is based on decades of experience in breeding support. The commitment to the breed club continues to be actively maintained. On an old farm in Geldern, the dogs live with plenty of space as permanent members of the household. Even after the end of their breeding period, the females remain part of the pack. The animals' welfare takes priority: Each female has no more than three litters. Currently, five female Wolfspitz, one of which is used for breeding, as well as one mixed-breed female, are part of everyday life. The puppies grow up in a family environment and can use a large play garden. Nelly's ... prepares them attentively and lovingly for moving into their new home. A personal meeting before a puppy is handed over is particularly important to the breeding program. Over the years, lasting friendships have developed from the many contacts with puppy families.
