Basenji Klub Deutschland e.V. The Msumari’s kennel in Dießen am Ammersee is dedicated to the Basenji breed. The long-standing enthusiasm for these special dogs began as early as 1995. Since 2009, the kennel has bred Basenjis within the 1. Basenji Klub Deutschland e.V. and is closely associated with the oldest breed registry-keeping club. Dogs from the kennel are presented both at shows and in racing and coursing. Numerous championship titles and racing licenses underscore this versatile work. For each litter, the kennel carefully selects suitable sires; in 2021, the first German Basenji litter following a successful double mating was achieved. Occasionally, puppies grow up in the living room with direct access to the garden and are socialized within the pack. When they leave, they have BKD, VDH and FCI papers, vaccinations, regular deworming, a microchip and an EU pet passport. Before placing a puppy, the kennel values getting to know prospective owners personally and having several visits.
