The Border Collie breeding from Thircan’s Dream is located on the Ostalb and is dedicated to raising Border Collies. It is affiliated with the Club für Britische Hütehunde e.V. and places puppies with VDH/FCI papers. The focus is on the careful, family-oriented development of the young dogs. The litters grow up in the house and are integrated into everyday life from the very beginning. In this way, the puppies encounter different stimuli and gather a wide range of impressions in their familiar surroundings. Before moving to their new homes, they are dewormed repeatedly, microchipped and vaccinated; they also receive an EU pet passport. For placement, the breeding program is looking for active people who know the special needs of a Border Collie and want to meet them. Keeping the dogs in a kennel or on a chain is out of the question, as they are meant to live closely with their caregivers and as part of the family. Even after moving in, staying in contact with the new owners remains important.
