DK Vejvad is a cattery in Kjellerup in Central Jutland focusing on the rare Turkish Angora. In 2024, the cattery acquired a female kitten from a thoroughly bred Norwegian maternal line through cooperation with an experienced breeder. It is described as Denmark’s only active breeding program for the breed. In 2026, DK Vejvad plans to bring in an unrelated male cat from Finland to expand the breeding base. Kittens are occasionally offered in several FIFe-approved colour varieties.
