Deutsche Doggen von den Hochwiesen is a Dobermann breeding kennel in Calw, whose history dates back to 1972. It is now being continued in the second generation and has focused on the spotted/black colour since 2000. The dogs do not live in isolation, but as part of everyday family life. Shows and dog sports are part of everyday breeding life. The dogs are presented primarily in competitive dog sports, as well as in team tests and companion dog examinations. Puppies grow up with adult dogs and learn about life in the pack from an early age. They use areas in the house as well as a puppy house with an exercise area. After vaccination, the puppies attend puppy school until they move to their new home. At times, the kennel places them with responsible owners and rules out placement in permanent kennel housing. Even after they move out, contact with the new families remains important to the kennel; messages, pictures and visits are welcome.
