# Coton malgaches Coton de Tulear breeder in Børkop · Denmark

Coton malgaches is a DKK-trained Coton de Tuléar breeding kennel in Børkop, focusing on health, breed type, and carefully planned litters.

DKK opdrætteruddannelse

Coton malgaches is a Coton de Tuléar breeding establishment in Børkop, operated with a focus on responsibility and sustainable choices. The breeding establishment has completed DKK’s breeder training and works to breed robust, healthy puppies that closely correspond to the breed’s phenotype as described in the French breed standard. Only a limited number of litters are planned, so that each litter can receive a great deal of attention. The selection of breeding males is carried out with great care in relation to the breeding establishment’s current brood bitch, which was first bred in 2021. Her third litter is planned for the end of 2026. The aim is to make well-considered breeding choices that support the puppies’ health and breed-typical characteristics. The breeding establishment follows DKK’s and KSS’ breeding recommendations as well as DKK’s breeding regulations. From April 2026, UC Davis’ recommendations regarding the CDDY mutation will be applied, so that two carriers are not mated with each other. The puppies will be designated clear by parentage for the known autosomal recessively inherited diseases in the breed.
