Cattery of Silvertigress is a small private cattery in Ahlerstedt, between Hamburg and Bremen. It is dedicated exclusively to British Shorthair cats in Black Silver Tabby with green eyes. The focus of the breeding program is this characteristic coat pattern and the careful raising of the young cats. The kittens grow up in the living area of the cattery and receive continuous care. Through close daily contact with people, they should be well socialized, trusting and cuddly when they leave at the age of 13 weeks. The family environment shapes the first weeks of their lives and accompanies the young animals until they leave. When they leave, the kittens have been dewormed several times and vaccinated twice against feline panleukopenia and cat flu. They receive a veterinary health certificate and a pedigree. The parent animals were examined by ultrasound for HCM, genetically tested for PKD, and checked for FIP, FeLV and leukemia.
