Carmichael's Kennel is a kennel in Helmond, in the south of the Netherlands, run by Olaf and Monique. They breed only American Staffordshire Terriers and work according to the principle of quality over quantity. Only a few carefully selected pairings are bred each year. When selecting breeding combinations, conformation, function, silhouette, movement, temperament, health and breed type are taken into account. All breeding dogs are officially tested for heart, hips, elbows and hereditary ataxia. To be considered for breeding, the dog must pass the official MAG temperament test of the Kennel Club. Olaf holds an FCI judge's licence from the Dutch kennel club and has completed courses in cynology and conformation. The kennel has produced several national and international champions. Only serious enquiries about puppies will be considered.
