The cattery began with a black silver spotted kitten in 2008, and the first litter was born in April 2013 after a foundation queen was bought in 2011. The focus is on blues and creams, with black cats added more recently. – Gracie – Ebony, Imperial Grand Champion Beauxchats Positively Onyx Cats are tested for PKD and FeLV/FIV, and kittens are born and raised in the home. Kittens leave at 13 weeks, registered on the non-active register, vaccinated including against leukaemia, and microchipped. Sue is a member of the Southern British Shorthair Club and the Cambridge Cat Club, and sits on a regional cat society committee.
