DEKZV e.V. n° 34015 The Aurum Moguntia cattery is based in the Rhine-Main region around Mainz and is dedicated to European-type Persian cats. The focus is on cats in Red Tabby and Tortie Tabby as well as other colour varieties such as Bicolor, Tortoiseshell, Tortoiseshell with White and Tabby. The various patterns and colour combinations shape the breeding programme. When selecting the lines, the cattery places importance on long-haired Persian ancestors. Exotic Shorthairs are not among the ancestors of the cats, so the long coat characteristic of Persian cats is firmly anchored in the breeding goal. The focus is therefore on the Persian-typical appearance and coat. The current stock comprises two cats as well as a stud cat of its own. Aurum Moguntia bases its breeding on the guidelines of the 1.
