The “am Steinernes Meer” kennel is a private family breeding establishment for Old German Shepherd Dogs. The dogs are closely integrated into the family environment from the very beginning. The puppies therefore do not grow up apart, but right in the midst of everyday family life. Part of raising the puppies is getting them accustomed to the sounds of everyday life. In this way, the young dogs become familiar with various acoustic impressions in a familiar environment. From the fourth week of life, they are also allowed outside every day, where they experience the surroundings beyond the house. The female dog is a loyal companion to the family and represents the close bond this breeding establishment maintains with its dogs. Her offspring, too, are intended to develop into loyal companion dogs. The breeding establishment thus combines family-oriented rearing with everyday experience and daily time outdoors from the fourth week.
